Comparison
Vespera II vs eVscope 2
Vespera II has the wider field (2.5° × 1.4° vs 0.76° × 0.57°), so it frames large targets such as the Andromeda Galaxy more easily; eVscope 2 shows smaller objects at a larger scale. Of our 20 popular targets, Vespera II frames 7 well and eVscope 2 11.
- Wider field: Vespera II.
- Lower official price: Vespera II ($1,590).
- Lighter: Vespera II (5 kg).
- Larger aperture: eVscope 2 (114 mm), which gathers more light per exposure.
